Do my subs need paid accounts?

Does it work with Outlook or Google Calendar?
Yes. Every user gets a private calendar link — subscribe once in Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar and your Trakend events, milestones, and meetings (including repeats and multi-day events) show up there automatically and stay updated. Full two-way Microsoft 365 sync is in development.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Trakend is on the Apple App Store, and the website itself works great on any phone. Photos, daily reports, JHA signatures, and messages all work from the field.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. An admin can export everything at any time — every record as CSV and JSON plus every photo, drawing, and PDF — in one zip. The database is backed up every night, with a copy stored off the main server.
